You have my phone number on file and I’ll be willing to talk to you anytime. The fact is both your sales manager and the sales person heard me and confirmed that I said I do not want a car that’s been in an accident reported or not.
The original Technicians report was not given to me at the time of sale and upon getting the original had several issues with it I’m gonna push this all the way to the top it cost me five times as much as the car to prosecute you guys because you guys are crooked, and Mercedes dealership should have more prestige and repetition than try to cheat people

As I stated 30 mins after receiving car. 2 rims were badly scratched and the roof was dented in were someone or something hit the roof. I have plenty of pics. I was told and saved all correspondence from Mercedes of Portland and driveway. After the week of going back and fourth I was told the car was sold as is. Total xxxx

The transaction went well until my temp tag about to
expire. When I called DMV trying to get temp tag renewed, then i found out that the dealer never send the application. Then my nightmare begins.It tu

Then my nightmare begins.It turns out that the financial advisor Jennifer, didn’t even finish collecting all signatures needed to send the application. Andrew, the sales, was mad about why I can’t go to DMV myself. Well, that only works if the application being submitted. After at least 10 calls, I finally was able to talk to manager who actually found out what’s going on and handled the situation. Overall, not pleasant experience, especially considering how easy I was when purchasing the car.
