I do apologize for the misspelling of your name and email. We do get a suggested trade-in value for a vehicle, and it depends on different variables, so values can vary. If there was any misrepresentation in the amount of time it would take once again I would like to offer my apologies, but in all honesty, when buying and trading in a car, it does take longer than 5-10 minutes when finalizing all the documents for the Finance Department. We will be sure to look over our process and see what we can do to improve overall time for our customers, but we don't like to rush, since it is the 2nd most important purchase one makes.
