It was so comfortable to be there. I’d been to other dealers looking and it was uncomfortable until I walked into Lancaster. Made the whole process a pleasant experience. Staff was amazing, even the snack bar staff made me a great sandwich. Besides Felipe and gentleman named Abel was very hospitable. Wonderful group of people !!! More

I felt like I was trying to be played, too many “errors”. My name kept getting misspelled, and email wasn’t corrected. When they suggested a trade in price and we negotiated they came back with the original My name kept getting misspelled, and email wasn’t corrected. When they suggested a trade in price and we negotiated they came back with the original lower price listed - then acted shocked, saying it was an error. They also said everything was ready it would only take 5-10 minutes. It took over 2 hours. I’m not mean or rude but I felt like I was not being told the truth. More

Came to look at some cars and the salesman was super friendly professional plus on his job to help us out on looking for the right car to get. Edgar & Andrew helped me a lot. Andrew especially went over some of the features with the Toyota Crown. Unfortunately I came in on a very busy day when lots of folks were trying to Andrew especially went over some of the features with the Toyota Crown. Unfortunately I came in on a very busy day when lots of folks were trying to beat the 1% Sales Tax increase and Jamie rushed me through signing all the papers, some of which were rather confusing. I ended up buying some extra features that may already have been covered in my warranty. Additionally I found out on Friday 4/11/25, that the car’s Manual was not in the folder in the glove box. The empty folder has a sticker with the #178638 on the outside. Ironically I did find a gasoline receipt stuffed in the glove box with the empty manual folder. I left messages that day for Gladys Garcia, Andrew and his Manager, however no one has gotten back to me at this time. I expect the courtesy of a response as to when I will get a car Manual as soon as possible. More
