We had an absolutely amazing experience at Grand Subaru. Got a great deal on our new Crosstrek Sport and had a great time along the way. We thought we’d have to special order what we wanted, but they were the only dealer within 100 miles that had exactly what we wanted. Buying cars is stressful, but we had a legitimately good time with our car buying experience at Grand. Special shoutout to Ramon Cintron in sales. He went above and beyond to get us a killer deal in a really tough car buying market. He’s a Subaru enthusiast and is more into educating you about the amazing brand than selling you the highest priced vehicle on their lot. Another shoutout to Andrew Jennings in finance for making a funny, entertaining, and pleasant experience out of something that is normally mundane. Salesman made it seem it was some kind of installed parts, rather than an extended warranty and a windshield coverage plan. The salesman’s played dumb and seem to use it as a negotiation tactic Typical dealer that likes to add fees above their listing price. More
