The process was really easy. And that's high praise. You don't typically think of car buying as easy. I came in and test-drove an Outback Wilderness. I was expecting 3-4 months; it took a little more than 2 1/2. And on the night I bought the car, I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Easy peasy! More

Sandy saw me struggling with the online chat bot and immediately jumped in to help me out. Grand was the only dealership around that had the car I wanted on their lot. Jason and Drew worked really hard to help me with my first time ever buying a new car all by myself. They answered all my questions (for hours!) and set me up with a good deal that was right for me. I'm not stressed out at all while driving my new car because I just know that I'm covered. The Grand dealership is really big and luxe, especially compared to the one in Chicago. Looking forward to coming back and getting my maintenance done at Grand because it's really comfortable, clean, and pleasant. I didn't have a car when I bought my Crosstrek, so Sandy arranged for me to be picked up, which was especially thoughtful and helpful. I want everyone to know that this is the first time we have ever bought a second car from the same sales person and dealership.
