This is the second car we've gotten through Grand Subaru (and Outback and a Forester). Our experience with Grand Subaru both times was exceptional. This time, we dealt from start to finish with Nealy Ande (and Outback and a Forester). Our experience with Grand Subaru both times was exceptional. This time, we dealt from start to finish with Nealy Anderson, and we cannot say enough good things about her! She was true to her word at every stage of the process; she has a great personality (and is just a nice person in general) and took any stress out of the process; she made sure the process moved along as quickly as possible and kept us informed throughout; and she is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles - she pointed out any differences we'd see between the Outback and the Forester. We will not hesitate to get our next vehicle from Grand Subaru and we hope Nealy will be "our person" again (although hopefully she will be promoted by then - she certainly deserves a promotion!). More

It was a good experience overall. My dealer was friendly and supportive in all aspects. The test drive was also very easy and no issues with it. I did have a hiccup with a new car having an exterior issue that was fixed right away by the dealership with no charge to me. Overall it was easy and simple process. More

The dealership was easy huge. The parking had more than adequate customer parking spaces. The inventory of cars was impressive. They have a very huge and remolded service area. Also I love that they have refreshments and good snacks for customers. I thought I was in a shopping mall. My salesman Gabriel was very easy to talk to. Anthony helped us after we had called late one evening looking for available Outbacks. We had color/trim package preferences and needed a vehicle pretty fast. There were 2 vehicles available, but we were looking for available Outbacks. We had color/trim package preferences and needed a vehicle pretty fast. There were 2 vehicles available, but we were really interested in 1 of them. We drove an hour, getting there an hour before closing. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into a purchase. We did buy the Outback that night. Great experience. More

Nice, clean very attentive staff, I don't regret taking the extra trip to Bensenville, even though I have 2 other Subaru Dealerships closer to me. Everything was made super easy, Jason Smith called me, and offered to reserve exactly the Crosstrek I wanted, which made everything so much easier, and he didn't try selling me something I didn't inquire for. I was in, and out with my new Subaru Crosstrek Sport. More
