Initially very pleased by their business approach, but when the “rubber hit the road” so to speak, commitments need to be fulfilled, and promises kept, they fell short. My primary concern was a key featu when the “rubber hit the road” so to speak, commitments need to be fulfilled, and promises kept, they fell short. My primary concern was a key feature (cooled seats) I confirmed the car had before even agreeing to negotiate and travel 3 hours RT to review and purchase. Hawk Ford would not compensate me when I discovered I needed to spend $300 to make the vehicle’s seat cooling functional. They told me compensation they provided to solve a different issue was enough to cover this issue too. Not good business sense in my book. Sorry Hawk Ford...was hoping to give you a better review.
