This was our seventh Audi and fifth with Niello so we have a decade of experience with both Niello and Cain. With that in mind, we buy from them no matter the solicitations we received from competitors e have a decade of experience with both Niello and Cain. With that in mind, we buy from them no matter the solicitations we received from competitors even to the point of preferring the Niello experience above the most ideal selection, namely that we choose them even though this go around wasn’t exactly what we preferred; this speaks to our comfort and confidence we have with the organization.
