My experience at Lundgren Honda was easily the best I've ever had purchasing a car. Before even walking onto the lot, I spent a fair amount of time researching local Honda dealerships. Lundgren is a little more than 30 minutes away from where I live (Amherst), but their customer ratings were so much better than the closest Honda dealer that I decided to take the drive. I'm so happy that I did! Instead of being pounced on by a salesperson, I was left alone as a perused the lot. After walking inside, everyone was welcoming and pleasant. All of the staff I worked with (Scott and Andrew), were easygoing and extremely knowledgeable. Scott took the time to show me several different options, we went on the best test drive I've ever experienced, and he left the decision to buy up to me. And that's ultimately the difference between a family owned dealership like Lundgren and many of their competitors, the goal isn't to simply move vehicles as fast as possible. When I picked up the car, Andrew was equally professional in walking me through the final paper work. Anyone who's purchased a car from a dealership knows that it's usually impossible to drive away without hearing doom and gloom stories about how at some point you're going to experience a litany of scenarios after which you'll hate yourself unless you purchase numerous tiers of extra warranties. Lundgren is simply different! This isn't to say that they won't provide you with information about warranty packages, but you're not locked in an office until you sign onto something extra. In the end, this is simply a place that is centered around the customer experience, so my best advice would be to do what I did and take the drive--even if you're 30 minutes or more away--you won't be disappointed that you did! More

The fact is that buying a car can be daunting, tedious, and even dangerous. That being said, I believe that I have found my permanent home dealership in Lundgren Honda of Greenfield. Andrew, the salesman I worked with, was attentive and helped me navigate all of the twists and turns in the process, all with a smile and positive attitude. He explained things thoroughly, and when we hit bumps along the way, he was swift in finding a feasible and timely solution. Thank you, Andrew! As for financing, Connie was instrumental in finding an arrangement that was accommodating and comfortable for all of the parties involved. She also presented a great attitude and made me feel right at home. I couldn't have asked for more helpful staff! I don't feel like a customer here. Instead, I feel like a member of the family. More

Fantastic I looked at a truck on line that Lundgren Honda had for sale. I really liked it but it was at their other store. Andrew Merritt had it sent to this Greenfield store. I saw this truck on Wed 31st ,loved it and bought it. Andrew was totally professional and did everything to help me understand this truck. He answered all my questions to his best and if he didn't know he found out.. No sales pressure just wanted to help. Phillip Reilley answered many questions-great help. Connie Grabowski loan manager was awsume. She explained everything in detail and left no questions unanswered. Helped me decide my best options. Went on line and found a Honda (or two) and went to see Andrew and Marty. Having a 17 yr old son with autism, who is a big guy, I needed something reliable and big enough for him. We have had it almost a year. I left my lights on once, Andrew came and saved me. My tire light came on, when it was cold out. Service calmed me checked the tires, put air in them and said it happens when it’s cold. It’s ok. So grateful for an amazing group. Oh! Did I say my BFF was two days ahead of me and we both traded in our jeeps for Honda CR-V ‘s. Andrew, Marty and the folks there are the best!!! More

You Can Tell They Love and Care About Their Dealership! So upbeat and friendly! Usually when I would go to another dealer in town for the Toyota I own, they would always put me in to a bad mood because they So upbeat and friendly! Usually when I would go to another dealer in town for the Toyota I own, they would always put me in to a bad mood because they themselves were miserable. Well at Lundgren Honda it's the complete opposite!!! I am ALWAYS greeted with friendliness and courteousness from the receptionist/greeter (Maryanne) and Marty Kendrick will shake my hand and ask me about my kids when I come in for service! It's not hard to see why they are always so busy! Keep up the great work!!! More
