This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased from them in our family. When every other dealership I looked at was over pricing their cars to take advantage of the market, Patrick VW had their vehicles priced fairly. I was in the dealership within an hour and was serviced by Andrew Murray. He made the paperwork process simple, efficient, and FAST. Gone are the days of 8 hour car purchasing process. Andrew walked me through every inch of the car, taught me how to connect my phone and utilize all features in the car, and made the transition seamless. He also called me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions that weren’t already addressed.
