Wonderful services. I work overnight so I drop my car off in the mornings with instructions written on the envelope provided in the drop box. When finished they call with information on what was done and wha in the mornings with instructions written on the envelope provided in the drop box. I was able to pay for my services over the phone and since want going to make it before the service department closed they left my paperwork and keys with someone at the front desk. More

Started an oil consumption test on my Kia Optima. Upon return for first 1000 mile checkup, they topped off the oil and said that they had forgotten to record the mileage when they originally changed the o return for first 1000 mile checkup, they topped off the oil and said that they had forgotten to record the mileage when they originally changed the oil. Upon my return for the 2nd 1000 mile checkup, they suddenly came up with a record of the original oil change, but no mileage for the first checkup. So now, they're saying I've gone over 2,000 miles between checkups. It's no big deal other than now, it's gonna take longer to get this test done. More
