It is beyond frustrating to never hear the same thing twice at this place. One day breaks need done and next day they don’t know why I scheduled them cause my breaks were fine. Customer service needs improvement. I made an appt online for an oil change. When I arrived to drop off the car the guy could not get his iPad to work then had to wait for him to drive the car in the shop to for an oil change. When I arrived to drop off the car the guy could not get his iPad to work then had to wait for him to drive the car in the shop to “check it in”. During pickup no one at desk but outside smoking. The employees seemed confused and rushed. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Too bad we do not have a Bommarito dealership here for service needs. I bought my car there and they are excellent! More

Out of all the dealerships in Columbia Missouri, this one is by far the best! The Customer Service and Comunication is outstanding, I started out with Andrew Reissing helping me figure out what car is a grea is by far the best! The Customer Service and Comunication is outstanding, I started out with Andrew Reissing helping me figure out what car is a great fit for me and I ended up with COVID and wasn't able to buy at that time and once I got better I decided it was time to start looking for a new car again so I came back to Mazda hoping to get Andrew again come to find out he was transfered to a different department. I heard that he had a brother so I figured I would see if he could help me out finding the best car for my family and I and that worked with my budget after going thru several cars we found the best one for me. I am very grateful that Caleb Reissing help me out, he was very patient, understanding, Respectful, and he did a really good service. If some of my friends or family needed a car I would not hesitate to send them to Caleb Reissing. More

I was in for service twice for automatic window problem. I asked them to also do a check-up of the car to determine if any other problems existed. I asked them both times but it wasn’t done. While waiting I asked them to also do a check-up of the car to determine if any other problems existed. I asked them both times but it wasn’t done. While waiting I was looking at new vehicles. No salesperson made an effort to approach me to ask if I had any questions. Numerous salespeople walked passed me but none of them acknowledged my existence. For future service and purchases I plan to go to another dealership. More
