I like being able to make an appointment and the communication provided to ensure they are ready for the vehicle. I didn’t care for the method of selling special services and items during the oil ch communication provided to ensure they are ready for the vehicle. The engine light was on when I took the vehicle in and it wasn’t noted or discussed by the service tech until I asked and I was told I didn’t note it to them at check in More
