Although we knew we wanted to buy a Highlander, Stephen helped explain the different options available in a low pressured way. He spent a lot of time locating the exact vehicle that would meet our wishes and was fair is determining a price for it. He was extremely honest in pointing out a few chips in the rear panel and insisted on having the whole panel stripped and repainted. It turned out perfectly! Thanks Steve! More

Dan Schrier assi This is my 3rd vehicle purchase/lease from Summit Toyota. There's a reason that I keep coming back. The service is beyond excellent. Dan Schrier assisted with me with my vehicle lease this go 'round. Actually, I was not intending to vehicle shop this soon in the year, but I was curious after he's called me about a promotion that was going on. He listened to what I was NOT looking for in a vehicle and quickly honed in on what I WAS looking for and in the color that I absolutely had to have. Dan is not only very knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicles and their features, but he was not pushy or trying to over sell. He is very personable and did not drag his feet on getting things done. The manager, Bill, from whom I'd purchased my first Camry several years ago, makes me feel like I am home even when I run into him during my oil change appointments. Andrew (in finance), made sure that signing the paperwork went smoothly and that that I understood what I was signing. He did not try to force extra products on me.
