Excellent Service All of the advisors are GREAT! Always very helpful and professional. I would like to see the service department AUTOMATICALLY APPLY online savings All of the advisors are GREAT! Always very helpful and professional. I would like to see the service department AUTOMATICALLY APPLY online savings without my having to ask for them or present something.. I spent $245.00 last Saturday. It appears from the online savings that I could have gotten oil change/tire rotation for $52.95 and/or save $25.00 on my $245.00 bill. :-( This is the second Kia I have purchased from this dealership. Isn't my loyalty to the brand and dealership worth something????? More

Lou Fusz Creve Coeur Service is AWESOME The service team is ALWAYS extremely accommodating when either of the THREE Kia vehicles we currently own (all purchased from the Creve Coeur location The service team is ALWAYS extremely accommodating when either of the THREE Kia vehicles we currently own (all purchased from the Creve Coeur location) needs service). The mechanics are experts and keep our vehicles road ready. The service advisors ALWAYS get us in and answers any questions we have. Recently, Zach and Lucas in particular, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. My 2012 Sorento needed over $2500 in repairs, but I LOVE my truck!!! Zach told me what had to be addressed immediately, and what could wait. It took three service visits to complete the work. My ride home showed up about 20 minutes past closing the night I dropped my truck off for that last service. Lucas volunteered to stay with me, never making me feel rushed or a bother. Bottom line. As a woman dealing with auto services, the Creve Coeur Lou Fusz service team individually and as a whole are standouts locally and beyond. I trust and appreciate them immensel??😉 More

Taken advantage of, scammed by the service department!! on 2/4/19 I took my Kia Optima in for an oil change, tune up, safety inspection, and an emissions inspection to renew my license tags, Upon inspectio on 2/4/19 I took my Kia Optima in for an oil change, tune up, safety inspection, and an emissions inspection to renew my license tags, Upon inspection I was told that I needed tire rod ends on the front and new tires, a front headlamp replaced, and there was a recall issue that needed to be done. I agreed to the repair work and declined the tire purchase. All work was completed and the car passed both safety and emissions testing. (A total cost of about $754.00). The very next day (2/5/19) not less than 24 hrs later the engine light came on. I immediately called the service department to inform them, I was told to bring my car back and they would look at it. I was given an appointment for 8:45 on 2/6/19. When I arrived at the service dept, I was told by Nicci Pollard that they would look at my car but I had to agree to pay $140.00 for them to put it on the machine to find out why the engine light came on if it "was not" related to work performed on 2/4/19. well low and behold I was told that it "wasn't". Nicci Pollard then informed me that the technician said I needed transmission work at a cost of $584.00. I told her that I had just spent almost $800.00 and I did not have additional money to pay for this additional work to be done, she then told me to apply online for a loan to pay for it. I was very insulted!!!!!!!!!!!!! I declined the work but still had to pay $140.00. I feel totally taken advantage of because if there truly was a problem with the transmission........ 1.) why was this "transmission" issue not found when I took the car in on 2/4/19? 2.) How did the car pass both safety and emissions testing on 2/4/19 and not 24 hrs later there is a $584.00 "transmission repair" needed? 3.) My transmission was working fine before I brought the car in for service; now all of a sudden a major repair is needed? I have brought my car to Lou Fusz Kia for service and maintenance in the past , and I have never felt so deceived and insulted as I have this service repair experience. I will no longer be a Lou Fusz service customer. I will have my car repaired just not at your dealership. AND I WILL BE SHARING THIS SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!! More

The Service Team Was Attentive To My Needs I scheduled an appointment for recall work. They discovered a new recall as well. I mentioned a noise in my car that they told me also was the subject of another recall, but the "fix" wasn't effective, so they had the mechanic spend time to "craft" an effective repair. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM, but I start my work day at 7:15. I was able to arrive at 6:45 (15 minutes before they opened) so that they could shuttle me to work right on time. They picked me up at the front door of my work when I got off from work. More
