Clean, seems well run, and mostly efficient. The service manager was nice to work with. Making an appointment took a little time through the automated system. I prefer speaking with someone. The service manager was nice to work with. Making an appointment took a little time through the automated system. I prefer speaking with someone. It is extremely disappointing that this dealership won'twash a car with a matte finish. A past bad experience penalizes all that do have a matte finish car. For the money we pay for service and the car cost overall, you should be able to figure out a solution. Hearing about some issue with a past customer's car isn't my problem. At least vacuum the inside as well. More
