I had an amazing experience at Colonial Nissan in Medford. I was in the market for a simple, no-frills vehicle, and from the moment I walked in, the process was smooth and stress-free. I worked with Stanton, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful — he provided all the information I needed without any high-pressure sales tactics or wasted time. I also noticed this same respectful, low-pressure approach being extended to other customers, which really stood out. In the end, I got an excellent deal on both the vehicle and an extended service contract (huge thanks to Gerson for that!). After a frustrating experience at a Honda dealership recently, I was genuinely surprised and impressed by how well Colonial Nissan treats potential customers. I’ll definitely be returning here for all my service needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that values honesty and customer care. More
