Andy was very transparent and made great effort to see that my Odyssey was very taken care of. Most Service agency find extra service needs to balance the required maintenance, thus the client has to pay for extra cost. NOT ANDY, he make sure that proper service needed, and if the mechanic make a mistake, he make sure it is corrected immediately without extra cost.
