Hello, and welcome to Luther! My name is Andy. I was drawn to the auto industry by the opportunity to meet and work with new people from all over. I love to hear people's stories, and have been known to tell a few myself. I grew up here in the Twin Cities, and have lived in a few different places throughout the Midwest between school and work, but am happy to call Minnesota my home once more. In my spare time I enjoy anything and everything that has to do with the outdoors, especially if water is included. My goal is to make the car buying experience fun and enjoyable for my guests. I purchased my car on August 31st and elected to receive the extended warranty, which was framed as something I can cancel at anytime. I decided that it's not something that I needed a couple of weeks later the extended warranty, which was framed as something I can cancel at anytime. I decided that it's not something that I needed a couple of weeks later and called to cancel. I was told it will not change my payment but instead my term loan length. It was not explained when I signed the paper that this would be the case. It changed my payment when I agreed to it so one would assume it would change the payment when it's canceled. Aside from this, I've had to reach out to the dealership THREE times to even speak to someone about my questions. I'm extremely upset about this and I feel like this information was not properly disclosed or explained at the time of purchase. This is the 3rd car I've purchased from a Luther dealership and this is by far the worst experience I've had with them. I will not be a returning customer to this specific dealership and I will not refer anyone. Just completely deceptive More

Overall experience at this dealership was good. Worked with Andy on vehicle availability and all communications. He was excellent to work with, very friendly, polite, transparent and patient with us. He also ran through all the features of the vehicle with me after finishing up the paperwork. Current market (July 2021) caused some difficulty with vehicle supply and getting the options/ colors we wanted. Dealership could improve lease process as compared to other luxury brands. We ran into mid month changes with residual value, and lease numbers, which can happen but normally doesn’t. We understand pieces of the lease numbers are not up to dealership, and instead reflects poorly on brand headquarters. However, the dealership can improve the process to be less of a headache than it currently is. Also, we leased a Genesis, and in the next part of this rate process, it does not give me the option to choose the Genesis brand. More
