My salesman, Andrew Lobb, was so kind and patient with me while I tested out a few vehicles and decided on the one I wanted. He really took the time to explain everything I needed to know. My truck went in at 8am for NYS inspection, oil change, and a software update. I figured it would be done by noon. I called at 1pm, 2:30, & 3:30. Got sent to VM every time and nobody called me back.
