The DeNooyer Chevrolet dealership is always so pleasant and welcoming each time I visit and all of the staff are super friendly, outgoing and very much super professional. I have been going to the DeNooyer Dealership since 2018 and everyone there continues to work hard at all the tasks they perform. Extremely courtesy, friendly, well dressed, kind and super patient. The same is true when calling to make an appointment by phone and speaking with the staff always attentive, easy and quick. Each time I am at the dealership, the feeling is very satisfying because the atmosphere vibe is that the staff truly enjoy the work they do so efficiently, going above and beyond ensuring everyone is well taken care of. All the mechanics do an excellent job at the hard work they complete each day as well and the feeling both inside and outside is one that make a person welcomed and safe. The salespersons, show room, as well as the service bay lot attendants and the service department men/women stay right on top of things each day keeping the facility moving impressively smooth. I met the salesman Andy Lobb in 2018 and to this day he is hands down the friendliest and super nicest great family guy always smiling, honest and extremely patient. To me, the DeNooyer Chevrolet Dealership is absolutely a fantastic place that is 5 stars because they care about all of the people there. when I first got there, the guy that checked me in seems sort of irritated. I told him that I had a surface plan and he said there’s no way because they don’t do surface plans with used cars. I then told him I literally just bought the car and I did get a service plan. he kind of gave me a look and then he looked it up and saw that I did have a service plan. No apologies or anything. I dropped my car off at 10:30 and waited and waited and waited. Still never heard anything so I reached out via text at 220-ish and they said oh yes your car is ready. I never had an oil change. Take that long at my last dealer. They were always great. More
