There was one problem I discovered on the 3rd day and they were very fair and paid for the repair at a local repair shop that was mutually agreed upon. I'd highly recommend this dealership. More

I came across this dealership because they had my dream Jeep on a pre-qualification I had through a different finance company. Until I saw this listing I was beginning to lose hope on finding the right car for me. I immediately did my research since I was a bit nervous going to a dealership since I hadn't been in the market for a new vehicle in nearly a decade. I saw nothing but positive, raving reviews and was comforted in the fact that Certified Benz and Beemer has been a top award winning used dealership in Arizona for multiple years in a row and has even made top in the country. I knew I had nothing holding me back at this point. While looking at my dream car on their website I got a friendly rep through a chat check in with me and I scheduled myself to go in on Memorial Day to meet with Andy Manahl to look at the Jeep Renegade. However, Andy, being very proactive and considerate gave me a call the day before to introduce himself and make sure he answered any initial questions I might have. He suggested in an inviting way I come in that same day if I was available, due to the popularity of the vehicle I was interested in so I wouldn't miss out. I couldn't waste any time and hurried up there as soon as possible, no set appointment time needed. I believe I caught Andy near the end of his shift, but he never made me or my partner ever feel rushed or like we were not welcome there. He made a strong first impression, and made me feel confident that we were in good hands. He greeted us with my Jeep right out front ready to go for a test drive, which went wonderfully. The moment I got on the road everything felt so natural, I knew I finally found my dream car. Now was time for paperwork. I handed him my prequalification, proof of income, answered some questions and what felt like hardly any time whatsoever the keys to my new Jeep were in my hand! Andy introduced us to Paul in the Finance department to go over warranty options and seal the deal. Paul was very kind and I could tell he had experience in what he was talking to us about. He took the extra time and care to explain how different warranty choices could effect my experience over time. After consideration of his advice, we went with the extended warranty and I certainly feel protected with these guys on my side. It's worth mentioning that Andy even went as far as to match my used car trade in value to what I estimated it might be. That really meant a lot since my old car had a lot of sentimental value, however realistically I didn't expect to get much out of it. Andy's front office is lined up with Salesman of the Month AND Year awards all over the wall, and has a binder full of customers that he's helped. This is solid proof that we found the right car salesman. Andy knows his stuff, and excels at customer service and efficiency. He made us feel like we truly mattered, and weren't just numbers to him. Thank you Andy, Paul, and Certified Benz and Beemer! You really made a huge impact in my life and I greatly appreciate all your help. I cannot believe how smooth and easy you made this entire process. I drove away in my dream car with tears of joy all because of YOU. I will absolutely go out of my way to recommend you to friends, family, and anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
