Andy Miller went ABOVE and BEYOND in Customer Service. He was recommended by a co-worker, and was just wonderful throughout the entire process. My Mom wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and due to was recommended by a co-worker, and was just wonderful throughout the entire process. My Mom wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and due to her health, it's really hard for my Mom to get out of the house, let alone to do a huge venture like purchasing a car. From the moment we walked in, Andy assisted us to a table where we discussed the car my Mom was interested in purchasing. From there, he got the car for us to test-drive, then was wonderful during the entire purchasing process. He was so patient with explaining everything and we left with no questions. He also emphasized that if my daughter had any questions, she was welcome to come see him and he would go over anything with her. I would, without a doubt, HIGHLY recommend the Dean Team, and Andy Miller, to anyone who was interested in purchasing a car. More

DEALING WITH ANDY WAS A PLEASURE . WE ALL KNOW WHAT DEALING WITH ANDY WAS A PLEASURE . WE ALL KNOW WHAT THE FEELING WAS LIKE WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR . FEARING THE HASSLE AND THE PRES DEALING WITH ANDY WAS A PLEASURE . WE ALL KNOW WHAT THE FEELING WAS LIKE WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR . FEARING THE HASSLE AND THE PRESSURE THAT COMES WITH IT . AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, YOU MIGHT FEEL LIKE YOU WERE PUSHED IN A DIRECTION NOT IN YOUR FAVOR . THAT FEELING "IS" IN THE PAST, AFTER DEALING WITH ANDY AND THE DEAN TEAM. I WAS OFFERED NOT ONLY TO TAKE A TEST DRIVE IN THE AZERA THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN , BUT ALSO TO TAKE IT HOME OVER NIGHT SO THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK THE CAR OUT TO THE MAX. THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING A DECISION. AFTER ANDY EXPLAINED THE "AFTER SALES SERVICE" AND ALWAYS HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO CALL HIM ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAR AND FEELING THAT I WAS OFFERED A FAIR PRICE . We went to Dean Team 5 years ago after searching many dealers and makes for a new car--most were not willing to work with us and give us a decent trade in or a good price on a new car. We were trading i dealers and makes for a new car--most were not willing to work with us and give us a decent trade in or a good price on a new car. We were trading in an '02 Chrysler 300M. Andy Miller met us in the parking lot and we told him what we were looking for--basically something that would be able to get us to and from work in the winter and haul our pets to the vet. And we didn't want to lose too much luxury from what we had. Andy picked out an '07 Hyundai Tucscon and worked with us to get the deal we needed. In 2010, we decided to upgrade and went back and purchased a '10 Hyundai Sante Fe. This past week, August 7, 2012, we realized we needed a second car and economy would be a factor--so we purchased a '13 Hyundai Accent after looking at used cars. The deal on a new car was too good to pass up and for a few dollars more a month, we got a car with 10 year/100,000 mile warranty and we get 42 miles to the gallon. Then, Saturday, August 11th, we decided to trade the Sante Fe (which we really loved) for another car and one that would get great gas mileage--Andy showed us a '12 Sonata Hybrid and worked with us to get a lease on a really nice black one!! We have gone to Andy all four times for cars and can't imagine not buying from him. He works hard to get us the best deal and really seems to have a great sense of what people need and want. Thanks, Andy!! Jeff Sanders has been our finance person on the last few purchases and has done an awesome job!! More

After my car was totaled out from hail damage, Andy was great about finding me a new car with everything I wanted within my price range even though I wasn't planning to get a new car. He was friendly, helpful and courteous to me and I was completetly confident buying a car from him that I wasn't being screwed. We worked with Andy Miller in Feb, 2010 to purchase our new 2009 Tucson and have happily dealt with him since for routine maintenance appointments. He has been just great. Everybody at the Dean Team has been ever so friendly and easy to work with. I have been accustomed to dealers and car mechanics who have treated me patronizingly, presume that I know nothing about cars, and want to work only with my husband. Neither Andy nor anyone else at the Dean Team has been like that at all. We can, and have, recommended Andy and the Dean Team wholeheartedly!
