As a 1st time Mercedes owner, Crown Eurocars has exceeded my expectations. From the excellent care I was given when purchasing my Certified 2018 E400 Cabriolet to the exceptional service provided by Andy Mr my expectations. From the excellent care I was given when purchasing my Certified 2018 E400 Cabriolet to the exceptional service provided by Andy Mrasz on Oct 12, 2020 when I brought it in for it's first service. Andy made sure to check the car's history to see that I was actually due for B Service & Brake System Flush, rather than an A Service which I thought was due. He promised I'd be back in the driver's seat in less than 2 hours and as promised was on my way in an hour and half. Thanks for taking such good care of me Andy. Mike M. More

Andy, my service representative, did an exceptional job of coordinating my maintenance service. He arranged to have my car picked up and delivered. Exceptional .Simply said I have been taking my old 2011 C300 to Crown Euro cars since I purchased it. . and every time I've been more than satisfied with the level of service I have been taking my old 2011 C300 to Crown Euro cars since I purchased it. . and every time I've been more than satisfied with the level of service I received...This time it was a little more special because we like most Americans are feeling the financial impact of COVOD-19. In addition to being down to a one income household. Medical bills are continuing to pile up so when the news that the repair was going to be in excess of $6k. We were devastated. Our service specialist Andy Mrasz was so accommodating. patient and understanding. while we tried to figure out what our best options were . He did just about everything he could to help us find a way to get the cost down and the repairs done. He offered words of encouragement and made arrangements for the loaner to be picked up when I wasn't feeling well enough to drive. . Whenever he would call and I answered the phone he would say Hey Mrs. Bennett how you feeling today before we dove into the business side of the conversation. . (I'm tearing up just writing this). Although we will need to wait to get the car repaired. Sometimes you don't know how far your compassion for others will go. He is truly an example of what we need not just the interactions with customers but with each other everyday in ordinary lives. CrownEuro you have a gem of an employee who looked past me as a customer ,disregarded my financial abilities an saw a person who just needed a kind word. I will forever be grateful. Thanks Andy. AWESOME SERVICE Called Patrick McFarland, my Service Advisor at Crown, and ask about Diamond Finish for my CLK-350 since I had a new front bumper and left rear fende Called Patrick McFarland, my Service Advisor at Crown, and ask about Diamond Finish for my CLK-350 since I had a new front bumper and left rear fender redone and had the Resist All Finish put on my car when I purchased it new. He arranged for the service to be done to the entire car inside and out and I was absolutely astonished that my car looked like brand new when I picked it up about four hours later. Pat is always friendly, in a great mood and gets the necessary work done when needed. He is the "BEST" at Crown Eurocars! More
