I dealt with Jason Hay, Andy and Bryce. I originally went to the dealership right at closing time to look at 2 trucks I had seen on their website. Ended up NOT being interested in buying ei I originally went to the dealership right at closing time to look at 2 trucks I had seen on their website. Ended up NOT being interested in buying either of them. However, while I was there, I met both Jason Hay, and Bryce. Had also previously traded texts with Andy about their online inventory. I pretty quickly got comfortable with Jason, trusted in him, and knew I would be buying, whatever I bought, through him. In the process of trying to find THE truck I wanted, I looked at over 600 window stickers online, at over 50 different dealers and websites. This ranged from Jacksonville FL to Columbia SC to Chattanooga TN to Muscle Shoals AL to Montgomery AL and back up to Mall of Georgia Ford. Dealers everywhere were interested in selling their trucks. I dealt with Mall of Georgia based on meeting Jason Hay, and the trust that dealing with him would be Straight Up, Honest with no xx or double talk. Jason commented that what I was looking for was almost a unicorn, and I agreed. As it was we ( THEY ) found almost EXACTLY what I was looking for, and I’m driving it every day. With Jason, I was treated Respectfully, Honestly, with Candor, Transparently with the Details, Fairly Treated in my trade, Professionally , Competently and convinced that what mattered to ME, mattered to HIM. I buy a new truck every 3 years or so. It’s been many years, MANY years since I’ve had such an easy, smooth, stress-free purchase process. THANK YOU JASON ! The finance portion of this deal was handled by Jennifer, and she did a Tremendous job as well. She reviewed all of the documents clearly, patiently, succinctly, and with a real answer for every question I had, which was plenty. Jennifer reviewed all of the extended warranty programs available including the details as they apply. I ended up not buying any of them, but I did learn what was available, and appreciated her going through them. Smooth process, which I attribute to her ability, preparation and professionalism. Thanks Jennifer ! I ended up back at the dealership for a minor warranty item appointment, and was met out front by Bryce. He escorted me back to the service department and introduced me to my service advisor. My experience with the service department and my service advisor Cason was every bit as Great as everything else had been. He explained the process, reviewed the minor items that I was concerned about, was timely on updates, did well at keeping me informed on progress, and made me believe that My truck, mattered to Him.
