Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to ask about why my credit was ran more than five times for the purchase of one car. Spoke to Mike Wright and he just spoke over me and got I called to ask about why my credit was ran more than five times for the purchase of one car. Spoke to Mike Wright and he just spoke over me and got extremely loud and unprofessional. Spoke down to me as if i was illiterate. I waited three weeks for a call back left five voicemails for a call back finally received one and he was rude and should not be working with customers. When buying my car went the last day of the month and they said they needed the sale went the next day they added over 5,000 more to the car just because now it’s the beginning of the month. They lost me as a customer for service and referrals. I could only imagine now how the warranty will work so i will be canceling that next ! Would never refer anyone there! More

This place is a rip. Over priced. And I didn't realize I paid 8000 over msrp until it was to late. This should be illegal. Had a loaner vehicle and it broke down on side Over priced. My truck is still having the same problems it did when I took it in the first time. Also they have the worst inventory selection around the area. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! More

I’ve never heard of Jordan Lee ? The Sales Representative and MOGF were NOT supportive or informative throughout the one year wait for my Maverick Truck. Your Sales Rep had no know The Sales Representative and MOGF were NOT supportive or informative throughout the one year wait for my Maverick Truck. Your Sales Rep had no knowledge of the requirement for MY22 to MY23 order re-entry. I had to call and explain the one week window for order changeover. . I had to rely on what minimal information that I could get through Ford Customer Care and what I could find online with the Ford Maverick Truck Club. I received NO information .or updates from your Sales agents regarding order status unless it was something that I initiated myself. I’m particularly unhappy about your salesperson’s reaction to my multiple requests for information regarding my private offer that I received in an email from Ford. When I questioned Andy initially he told me there was no price guarantee on my order. I told him that it was not a price guarantee but a private offer from Ford to compensate for the MY23 price increase. He Never responded even after I sent multiple emails(I have copies). I finally got an incentive certificate #from Ford and sent the info to Andy - No Answer. When he did respond after my Truck had shipped - he told me my Certificate had expired. Didn’t offer to check into it for me just said sorry nothing he could do. When my Truck finally arrived 7 days shy of one year I called Ford myself to get the RENEWED incentive certificate number. They gave me the new number and I emailed Andy and told him to apply the incentive to my invoice. How can I get this information and MOGF doesn’t have a clue ?? Something isn’t right here and I have my own opinion as to why. Bottom line I Love my new Maverick Truck , but I Don’t Love MOGF. One and Done for me. More
