I have been with Advantage Toyota for 11 years, this was my third car. My loyalty is first and foremost with the Service Department and Andy Zoolinger. I had a terrible experience with the purchase and fin my third car. My loyalty is first and foremost with the Service Department and Andy Zoolinger. I had a terrible experience with the purchase and finance of my latest lease. I'm not sure where the problem was but after agreeing with the salesman on the deal, at pick up, while working with finance, I was not at all satisfied. The deal was nothing down but DMV and first payment. Finance slipped me a paper to sign with a bank fee. That took 20 minutes to work out because I wouldn't"t sign it. The deal was 36 month lease, again I was slipped a paper to sign that had 39 months on it. Knowing that your cars are only warranteed for 36 months, it is something I would never have agreed to. That took a half hour to work out. I now became suspicios that somewhere amongst the many papers I had to sign there was something esle that wasn't in the deal. It turned me sour. If it wasn't for Andy and your service department I would have walked out, you have him to thank that I am still a customer. I don't know if this was the fault of sales, finance or the manager they kept running to but it was an extremely distasteful experience for me. More

The service was good, but I didn't get the itemized sheet of the levels of fluids, brakes, and so on. I only received the invoice. The itemized sheet showing all the levels is very helpful to me.
