Anel went above and beyond by providing detailed, crystal-clear videos of the vehicle, worked with me to get to an OTD price we were comfortable with, and even gave us the opportunity to compare it against a 2024 Hyundai Tucson SEL Hybrid. When we decided on the Sportage, everything was prepared and we were in and out in less than an hour. What stood out most was how personal the entire experience felt. The amount of time spent in casual conversation with everyone far outweighed the amount of time it took to finalize the paperwork for the two transactions, but I don't feel like I was cheated or pressured into giving away or buying anything that I didn't expect or want. There was no pressure, it was so awesome. Also, I had to wait about 1 month longer than expected for my car to get stocked, and Anel was the most responsive and patient sales person I've ever interacted with, taking my calls and texts with eagerness every time.
