Purchased a new vehicle a few days before Christmas and had a couple of scratches, 1 of them which couldn’t be corrected unless it was done by the paint vendor. I had been to the dealership twice already a had a couple of scratches, 1 of them which couldn’t be corrected unless it was done by the paint vendor. I had been to the dealership twice already and this service appointment was supposed to be where the scratch would finally be taken care of and turns out it was just so it can be looked at once again which had already happened twice. I give Angel 5 stars for not only keeping me updated on the progress of the car but actually getting it done by paint and me not coming back a fourth time dealing with the same issue. I’ve dealt with 3 service advisors from this location and Angel is by far the best. I know dealerships can get busy at times but he didn’t rush any questions/concerns I had and made sure my car left looking brand new the way it was supposed to be when I bought it. More
