I was delivering ubereats to jose when my car broke down & he was nice enough to help make sure i was okay. On top of that drove me home because i had no ride & put me in a new car the next day, it wasn’t a & he was nice enough to help make sure i was okay. We saw angela the other day, called her this am, said we were on our way back! She is enthusiastic, energetic, and I believe really cares about what the client wants. Infact, she took my car back to detaili were on our way back! She is enthusiastic, energetic, and I believe really cares about what the client wants. Infact, she took my car back to detailing to get it resolved,bc she knew I wasn't having my new car NOT COMPLETED the way I wanted it..(which was bug free.. Pretty normal request) I could've been out an hour early IF it had been done correctly the first time. But Isaiah did it right for me. His carrying attitude that I saw today, and his pride behind his work was evident. Angela, Isaiah, and Pete,(who finished the finances for me) were all on point. The 3 downsides: the detail with not done right 1st time, fact that Angela had to leave us, to TAKE car to GET detailed, and look lastly, no coffee, or snack machines in used car area. For the amount of people, clients and employees, one would think out of convenience alone to get a machine in there 🤷‍♀️. Anyway GREAT JOB TO THOSE 3!!! LOVE MY NEW 🚗 CAR.. See you in 10 years!! Angela was our salesperson and I can not put into words the professionalism, friendliness, and most importantly that she LISTENED to our wants and needs. I myself and my husband have been in the automot the professionalism, friendliness, and most importantly that she LISTENED to our wants and needs.
