Only The Best I live chatted for a couple of weeks before going to the dealership. I was assigned a sales associate who contacted me by email and was ready when I a I live chatted for a couple of weeks before going to the dealership. I was assigned a sales associate who contacted me by email and was ready when I arrived at the appointment time I had requested. The manager emailed during this period to let me know he was aware of my interest. My sales associate was Kimberly. She was very knowledgeable about the models I was interested in. I test drove a couple and she offered more. She understood my specific needs and wants and worked with me to get the Legacy I wanted, even offering to order one. Once I made a decision (with no pressure from her), she went over all the features and showed me how to use them. A couple of weeks after the purchase, she called to make sure all was well and I was happy. The manager came over during the process, introduced himself and thanked me for considering the dealership. Before I left he thanked me for the purchase. In the first month I called twice with questions related to the paperwork. My questions were answered quickly and correctly. My only suggestion would be to shorten the time needed to complete the paperwork. It seemed to be inordinately long. All in all, a top notch experience. More

I stopped by the dealership 3 weeks after my purchase to get some 'how to' assistance with the electronics. Juan Hernandez is my HERO! He was so helpful in making it easy to understand. Best experience I have ever had with an car dealership I can't say enough good things about both Frank Woods, the salesman with whom we worked, and Subaru of Jacksonville. They were both first-rate and de I can't say enough good things about both Frank Woods, the salesman with whom we worked, and Subaru of Jacksonville. They were both first-rate and deserve A++. I have always dreaded car-shopping but this experience was pleasant, interesting and successful! First of all, we were given clear and understandable information about the car and the purchasing process and at no point felt any type of "sales pressure"--a welcome relief. I also felt that Frank wanted us to have the car that best met our needs and he was both patient and helpful in showing us different options. He demonstrated important features of the car in the test drive--especially those related to safety-- and I was totally comfortable in driving the car myself. Deciding to buy the Outback was an easy and enjoyable experience. When we moved into the purchasing phase, Frank worked with other staff to facilitate the process and I was impressed with the way staff members worked together to meet our needs. They also went the extra mile to get the car color I wanted which was not on the lot. Frank actually drove to Georgia to pick up the car and take it to the dealership to get it ready for us. In a day or so, he called to say the car was ready and offered to come and drive me to the dealership. I was delighted with the car, the quick response in getting it to us and and all the courtesies that had been extended to us throughout the process. I can say without hesitation or qualification that I would recommend both Frank Woods and Subaru of Jacksonville to anyone who needs a car and wants to avoid the "sales pressure" so connected with car dealerships. It is a pleasure to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone involved. More

Extra Mile I relocated from New York to Jacksonville for work and needed a car, as well as some logistical help for the license, registration, insurance, and veh I relocated from New York to Jacksonville for work and needed a car, as well as some logistical help for the license, registration, insurance, and vehicle delivery. Frank Woods and the Subaru of Jacksonville team did a great job finding the vehicle I wanted, and supporting me through the process. The price negotiation was reasonable, with no drama. The service department also stepped up. I returned to the dealership when I detected a minor problem with the car soon after I picked it up. They immediately provided me a loaner so I could continue my errands, and had the car fixed within a couple of hours. I love the car, and would definitely use this dealership again! More

No pressure, great experience I've been to quite a few different dealers that I just couldn't stand because you cannot walk the lot and look around without being constantly bothere I've been to quite a few different dealers that I just couldn't stand because you cannot walk the lot and look around without being constantly bothered. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and asked if I needed any help, to which I told them that I was just looking - no problem, they just let me know where I can find them if I do need help. Once I had a few questions they were happy to answer them without trying to sell the car too much. After doing some research I decided I wanted to get the Forrester (2.5) and revisited the dealership, they were happy to let me take a test drive and answer all my questions. When I decided to "crunch the numbers" with them I was prepared to deal the with normal back and forth crap other dealerships do, but to my surprise they gave me a good deal from the beginning without trying to up-sell on extended warranties and other stuff. They gave me a quote for my trade-in which was a little below what I wanted to get for and after a quick check with the sales lead they just offered exactly what I wanted. I was also really surprised how nice the financing was, I don't have any issues on my credit but have limited history due to not being a US citizen and still they were able to give me a 1.9% APR through Vystar which is much much lower than what other dealerships offered to me. I should also mention that I used the TrueCar service which worked great. Overall it was a great experience with no pressure that resulted in me buying a fantastic car. I now have just over 6,000 miles on my Forrester and it has seen lots of off-road trips and challenging terrain, never once have I had any issues. The Forrester is a very capable, reliable and functional car. Perfect choice for an active lifestyle if you don't care about luxury and latest tech. More

Purchased 2015 Outback After visiting 3 dealerships and consulting with as many online, I chose SoJax Atlantic Blv. because of the final price. It was worth the 7 hour trip to pick up the car and Bruce Holmes, the salesman was professional and very friendly and helpful along the way. Even when I changed my mind about which model, he never showed impatience. He was, and I'm sure still is, an exemplary sales person. Bruce kept me posted over the 8 or so weeks of my order (Limited with Eyesight) and I was able to trade in my rusted CT 2003 Outback. Bruce spent much time explaining the new electronics on the Outback even after the dealership "closed" for which I was grateful. He even cared enough about my welfare after I drove away to make sure I arrived at my overnite destination. Bruce is a truly remarkable, thoughtful human being. I think he should train other sales people! More
