The sales experience was not great. I was not greeted enthusiastically, even though I had scheduled a test drive. I decided to purchase the Ford Ranger because I liked the truck. About two weeks later, I was told my registration and license plates were ready for pick up. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was ignored by two employees, there was no receptionist to assist me, so I had to ask the other two employees for help. I tried to voice my concerns/complaint to the GM, but have not received any reply as of today. On the other hand, the service department was very efficient when I took the truck there to correct a booster brake recall issue. More

The new management is definitely making a huge difference, Angela (the GM) is making so many changes for the better, the biggest is the brand new off site service center that will allow them to fi difference, Angela (the GM) is making so many changes for the better, the biggest is the brand new off site service center that will allow them to finally provide quality service in a timely fashion and free up much needed space on the lot. The showroom is getting a face-lift and being updated and there is now a lot of new staff who actually seem to want to be there. When you walk in the store now you can actually feel the difference in the air, people greet you with a smile, make you feel welcome and don't make you feel like just another customer. We now own two Fords, an Explorer and a Mach E and dont dread taking the car in for service now. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a car to give Windward Ford a chance. I am glad I did. More
