While going to College (many, many years ago) I worked as a Full time receptionist at a Dealership. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the Car Dealership and enjoyed connecting with customers. However, when I graduated College I was offered a Full time Office job at the Dealership but decided to move onto another industry to utilize my Degree. For over 10 years I always thought about what it would be like to work at a Car Dealership as a Salesperson. Now I have been working in the industry for several years and absolutely love my job! I started working at Tenvoorde Ford last March and it was the best decision I could have made. This Dealership really treats customers like family and everyone goes above and beyond to bring forward the best customer service possible!! My position here is BDC Manager and I get the best of both worlds. I get to work directly with the Salesmen each day and I also get to assist our customers before, during and after their car purchase!

Darin was able to pinpoint a selection of vehicles for me to consider within a matter of minutes. Just by asking me a few questions. At NO time in the entire process did I feel pressured or made uncomfortable. That's important to me. Because if I feel like I'm being sold instead of the vehicle...I'm gone. We wanted to swap out 2 vehicles and did just that. Me and my fiance are expecting a baby and wanted to swap out both our vehicles, we met Darin at tenvoorde and were greeted promptly and tended to righ Me and my fiance are expecting a baby and wanted to swap out both our vehicles, we met Darin at tenvoorde and were greeted promptly and tended to right away. He worked with me to get the vehicle i really wanted, and told me if it wouldn't work out he'd find me one that would. My fiance got an older truck fresh on the lot and Darin got him set up with new mirrors right away for it(one was cracked). Extremely friendly and kept in touch to try to make us both happy! Also my 3 yr old won't stop talking about how "the car guy gave him yummy snacks!" :) More
