courteous staff, car ready sooner than expected I had received a product recall for a software issue on my 2018 CRV. 2018 CRV Recall Angie was awesome. Treated me like a friend and addressed all issues directly. Still think the CRV software has an issue with adaptive cruise when c Angie was awesome. Hoping for a recall on that cuz it could be dangerous. And wish Hopkins would have given me the same deal Brookdale did, and I wouldn’t have had to drive that far to buy my CRV. More

Staff are friendly, service is very good, waiting area great I have owned 4 Hondas in my life. I don't understand why anyone would buy something else.
