She was interested in knowing what might suit our needs and started giving us an overview of the Subaru Ascent, which we asked to see. She was thorough, knowledgeable and quite professional. After a test drive, we knew it was the SUV for us. The sales process was smooth and efficient. We never felt pressured. Two hours later we were on our way home in our beautiful new Ascent. Today we met with Sommer, who reviewed and explained all the fabulous features of our Ascent. She too was professional, friendly and thorough. When we decided he got everything going and even when there was a delay with it coming in he kept us in the loop. The day of delivery David worked with us until it was time to hand us off to Finance. David walked us around to meet everyone including Darlene in Service, showing us the service area. And when it was time to handle financing Angie from Finance was awesome, she explained everything and it was a smooth process. We love Subaru as this is our 4th one and David made it that much easier. More
