In my experience with other dealerships, I'm used to getting lured in with a quote online/over the phone only to have it change when I get to the dealership. I fully expected the same with this sales te getting lured in with a quote online/over the phone only to have it change when I get to the dealership. I fully expected the same with this sales team, but was pleasantly surprised that wasn't the case. I worked out all the arrangements over the phone, and everything was simple and straightforward when I went to the dealership to sign my paperwork. Definitely recommend. More

Cannot rate Charles as i never met him, I love my Outback (this is my third Subaru) as for t he dealership i experienced a lot of miscommunication. First visit i went lookin for a new Outback and was ok with (this is my third Subaru) as for t he dealership i experienced a lot of miscommunication. First visit i went lookin for a new Outback and was ok with a '22 i was told by my sales rep they were expecting a '23 within two weeks three weeks later. It took two visits to get this far. (nino, i was told by my sales rep this was his boss offered a tank of gas for the extra trips, never happened) I had to call to get an update ( i would have expected a call if there were delays). I am well aware of the supply chain delays but courtesy calls go a long ways. I was called two months later to inform me the car had arrived, i schedule a time to finalize just to be told the cart had a recall that had to be taken care off prior to deliver sure ok i then asked to have a hitch installed ( i was shown two options with the only difference being one blended into the bumper and was higher up so i chose the later and was quoted a higher price no prob). I leave without a car and am told i will get a car when it is ready. the following week i get the call and take a day off to take delivery, imagine the surprise NO HITCH after having the car yet another week, so I made arrangements to drop it off, yet one more trip (with two cars). All this my sales agent keeps on offering oil changes as an apology, even after i told him i had purchased the maintenance package and oil changes are part of this. He offers then some accessories in lieu and haven't heard back from him. This is my first purchase from this branch my other Subaru was purchased off hwy 50 and it was a much different experience. I still love the brand but don't know if i can recommend this branch. We all drop the ball from time to time it is how we recover that counts and so far not impressed. As for the home delivery it never happened not the initial delivery nor the offered delivery after installing the hitch. Took 4 trips at 24 miles each way to complete the purchase and I still have at least one more trip to meed with the product specialist and go over features on the vehicle. More
