Our sales representative, Desmond Johnson was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. He helped us locate the vehicle we wanted and we were able to purchase in about a week. He treated me and my family very rudely and made very unprofessional comments about my choice to decline. I would never expect this from a Lexus dealership. Story was a bit different at finance as some hiccups arose but got resolved. After the sale closed Danny took the time to educate me and even program some of the vehicle’s features for me. More
