They were honest upfront helpful very professional he did not play any of the games that all dealerships used to play the whole process was very open no gimmicks no false promises they kept me in touch with not play any of the games that all dealerships used to play the whole process was very open no gimmicks no false promises they kept me in touch with when the car is going to be in and when it was in and where it was and we got pretty much the car and then we want it back-and-forth on the price they didn’t push me to Ani extra deals that I didn’t want to by the way this was in my first experience with an Westside Lexus especially Mrs. Chung Lee the sales person she also sold me my LX 570 there about two years back that’s why when I went back to the dealership before I called the dealership I called Miss Chung Lee and I was hoping that she still working for them because I wanted to have the same experience that I had on my Lx 575 in my new Vehicle GX 460 we were missing a cargo net as soon as I called her within 24 hours she called me and she handed me A new cargo net as soon as I ask about luggage rack she walked with me to the parts room so they give me the price and help me on figure out if I want to do it or not she’s very unselfish she’s not lazy so she will walk long distances to just get you to what you want to see or what do you want to do which is very helpful I’ve seen sales people did they just brush you off and you figured I don’t want to deal with it but she’s a total opposite experience I was so Lexus knows that she’s one of the best sales people that I’ve ever dealt with and I’m seven years old and I’ve dealt with so many of them anyway it was a great experience I will recommend this dealership to anybody and the sales person to anybody and I hope from now on the rest of the trip is going to be with the same ease and comfort and trust that I’m feeling so far with Westside Lexus and especially with Mrs. Chung Lee no about the finance manager Master Sharma he was very nice knowledgeable and helpful and me and my son will really enjoy it few minutes sitting at his office and talking to him about everything whether it’s connected to the car or two different aspects of life is very experienced man very knowledgeable and I also put me at ease again I recommend this dealership to anybody I’ve seen another one like it in Houston few years ago before I buy my LX 570 for sale starting with Northside Lexus the sales person didn’t want to even show us couple more cars his attitude was like here just look at this one and this is just kind of it and all at the beginning I realize that’s not the right place to spend 70 or $80,000 that’s how we came to Westside Lexus which I’m glad I did.
