Dallas Chamberlin was a game changer and the reason I decided to purchase my 3rd Lexus. She is more than just another salesperson, she’s an asset to Westside! Also I want to acknowledge James Breaux, Westside Lexus General Manager, he was able to match me with Dallas when I was on the fence about getting another Lexus SUV or a SUV somewhere else. He didn’t try to give me a typical car sales pitch, that as a customer when buying a car I personally can’t stand. He talked to me like a friend, and at the end of the day he sincerely just wanted me to be happy with the vehicle I decided on; whether it was with Westside or another dealership across the street. He had options, explained each one without any hidden agenda, wasn’t pushy, and answered questions I was about to him before I asked. James was happy to be my sales person but was perceptive enough to pick up on the fact that my personality was better suited with Dallas. He couldn’t have been more right. I didn’t need to be sold on the car, rather trust that my sales person had my best interest at heart when deciding if the vehicle I was interested in made sense financially, one I would be happy with without any regrets, and well informed when making the choice. My financial advisor, Anil Sharma, blew me away because he had everything together, was ready for me, was very personable asking genuine questions about myself and daughter, but still had me in and out literally maybe in 10 minutes! I left knowing all the important facts. I’m so glad I stuck with Westside. I love my new car! The level of customer service sets the above the bar standard when buying a car!
