What mostly caught my notice was the customers' enthusiastic smiles throughout the those interactions, and later seeing them drive off relishing their latest acquisition.
When asked, Mike replied, with unswerving assertion: "We fight for your mobile freedom, brother - and your right to an acquisition that meets your budget and personal preference!" Give that man a medal, something like 'The Platinum Key Fob.' I salute you, Mike, and the entire regiment.
