Problem with service advisor Had I listened to the first service advisor I talked to I would not have ever returned to the dealership. Without looking at my car he told me my car Had I listened to the first service advisor I talked to I would not have ever returned to the dealership. Without looking at my car he told me my car was not the problem and to keep this from happening again I should not leave my key in the car. Danny Chupak and Anita Smith went above and beyond to correct this situation. They should be applauded. Without Anita and Danny’s assistance my answer above would have been a definite NO. More

The customer service consultant was wonderful. His name was Danny Chupek he explained all that would be done to my car, got me a loaner to use and gave me an approximate time it would be finished. I was going to trade my 2013 RX350 for another Pre-certified car but you know the old saying "if it's not broken, don't fix it". I decided to wait another year before I trade it in.
