She really spoke to my needs without being pushy. Although it took me some time, after doing thorough research and comparing other brands, I ultimately couldn’t pass up on the CX-90. I was even complimented on my vehicle this morning after dropping my daughter off at school, and I happily sold them on my car-buying experience, recommending they visit Anjanie. It’s also important to mention how fantastic Anjanie and Katia Gonzalez make as a duo. Katia’s support throughout the process complemented Anjanie's efforts seamlessly, and they both ensured my needs were not only met but exceeded. Their teamwork made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and I couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism. He was upfront and honest, and we were able to agree on a price that both parties felt was fair given the current market conditions. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly welcomed by Anjanie, my face-to-face salesperson. She was not only lovely and positive, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the product she was selling. Anjanie made sure that every detail was covered, and she answered all my questions with confidence and a genuine passion for the Mazda brand. Her customer service skills are truly top-notch. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with Oleg, the Finance Manager. We encountered a minor issue stemming from a misunderstanding about the extended warranty coverage I was considering. However, Oleg's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were apparent as he quickly resolved the issue. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up purchasing the exact extended warranty that I wanted, and at a more than reasonable price. Overall, my experience at Jim Ellis Mazda was exceptional.
