This dealer damaged my New QX50, tried to cover it up, wont fix it! Horrible! wont fix it! Horrible! More

This is my 5th INFINITI, I have been a loyal customer since 2001. I have purchased my most recent QX50S from the Louisville, KY location less than a year ago. (This is my 4th vehicle from this location since 2001. I have purchased my most recent QX50S from the Louisville, KY location less than a year ago. (This is my 4th vehicle from this location & both of my parents drive INFINITIs) Since I have purchased this vehicle I have had several issues. First off the PERMAPLATE was applied incorrectly all over my leather interior leaving marks and ultimately did not protect the leather. I brought my car in to the dealer around the 60th day of having it to address my concern. They told me to call PERMAPLATE. It took MONTHS to try to get it fixed, where I was given the run around by the dealer & the manufacturer. The dealer attempted to fix the issue & made it worse in sone spots. My leather to this day has issues! My sunroof has been making noises. I have brought my car into service twice over the issue and I keep being told they don’t hear anything! They had to replace the interface on the vehicle a few months after I had it because someone had gotten some substance on it, I’m assuming it was from the PERMAPLATE issues. Most recently I brought my car in for an oil change and it was returned to me with a damaged molding on the trunk that someone tried to cover up, leaving a FINGER PRINT & MARKS IN THE PAINT. I brought my car in yesterday and they denied what they did & accused myself of doing it!!!! They have treated me with such disrespect I am beyond disgusted. The financial manager, KEITH was mocking me, making faces to his friend who he allowed to stand there while we were having a discussion about the issue!!! I have been a customer since 2001! I am OCD when it comes to my cars and keep them so well maintained! It has been noted at trade ins!!! I am to the point where I have to contact the Better Business Bureau, and possibly legal advice if this is not addressed. They do not care at all what they have put me through and what my vehicle has been through since I’ve purchased it it’s completely unacceptable for the amount of money I’ve paid for the car with it supposed to have been brand new. If someone could please contact me as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it before I have to take this any further. They are refusing to replace the part they damaged and accusing myself of damaging it, and fixing it myself? Or taking it somewhere else? That doesn’t even logically make sense. If it was damaged somewhere else and someone else fixed it and did a horrible job, as my vehicle looks now with the cover-up they attempted, I sure wouldn’t be at INFINITI. I would be at the location that did the horrible job on my car and I never would have paid for it and I never would have left!! BUT that IS NOT what happened!! Louisville INFINITI has had my vehicle four or five times and I have had loaners. My vehicle has ONLY been to the dealership in Louisville Kentucky. I am prepared to go as far as I need to go with this because I know it has nothing to do with me. I am BEYOND disgusted and BEYOND disappointed and do not trust that location whatsoever. I am to the point where I DO NOT even want to drive an Infiniti anymore.. I had test drove a Mercedes and almost bought one and decided to stay with INFINITI which now I am completely regretting. I cannot believe they would treat someone like this, who has been loyal to them for this long. More

1/17/25 appointment 730am- Infiniti QX60 2023 in for a 20k maintenance. Unfortunately, I did not quite understand why my pre owned vehicle was not in the Infiniti system. I recently moved here from South 20k maintenance. Unfortunately, I did not quite understand why my pre owned vehicle was not in the Infiniti system. I recently moved here from South Carolina. Once I found out and was reminded, I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the vehicle. I still didn’t quite understand why this seemed to be an issue for maintenance . I just needed an understanding. The service advisor Anna became very frustrated in the customer waiting area, I front of another waiting customer and the housekeeping staff. Stormed off mid sentence when I motioned for her to bring her voice down to a normal level and tone. Anna, we could’ve just went to your cubicle for a brief professional explanation. I canceled my service, called a Nissan dealership and was professionally treated. I have full maintenance coverage with my third party extended warranty as dealership would recommend at 20k. I understand your office may not have had all the answers in the moment but at least treat your customers with a little respect. I will never go back. I have read some really good reviews and honestly I am surprised that I even had this encounter. More

Louisville Infiniti has always done right by us. We have always had our Infiniti serviced there and been very satisfied with every step of the process. Scheduled and appointment for routine maintenance, but showed up early and did Express. They had me in and out in a hour, so I could get on with my day. Miquel and his team did a great job. Do wish loa showed up early and did Express. They had me in and out in a hour, so I could get on with my day. Miquel and his team did a great job. Do wish loaners were still available for routine service like they were pre-COVID, but if I can be in and out with express service without an appointment that’ll work too! More
