We purchased a new Subaru Outback from this dealership in 2011. Always had it serviced and repaired at this dealership. The service department has treated us well, especially Mark Wilburn. Anna Sbarro reached out during one of our service visits regarding a possible trade of our Outback and has been very courteous/helpful. Five star customer service. We met Josh Toler while looking for a vehicle and dealt with him during the purchase of a used vehicle. Josh spent ample time letting us try out the car and having it checked out by a third party mechanic. Also very courteous/helpful. Five star customer service. Mark, Anna and Josh are excellent representatives of Randy Marion Subaru! Travis Philbrook made a very poor impression. Would not buy another vehicle from this dealership if he were involved in any way. More

Let me explain the reason for my rating. I brought my 2013 XV Crosstrek Moon roof leather seats 72,000, clean and drove well for service because the key was getting stuck after shutting off I brought my 2013 XV Crosstrek Moon roof leather seats 72,000, clean and drove well for service because the key was getting stuck after shutting off the car. The service department quoted me a price over $1000.00 to fix. At that point I thought a new vehicle is the direction I would go. So I spoke to a sale rep. he said your car is worth $7500.00 minus the key quote repair. So the service department went over the car and found an additional approximately $4400.00 in repairs totaling approx. $5400. So my trade essentially was worth $2100.00. So I sought another opinion. So I went to another Subaru dealer where I was given a price of $8000.00 for my trade aside from the price of a new vehicle. So I ask what would anyone have done considering my experience.I want to say Anna Sbarro was very pleasant and accomodating. More
