I had a wonderful experience at Nutley Kia. Ulises C. was the BEST! Highly Recommend! My husband and brother in law both agreed Ulises is a great guy and a down to earth and honest guy. He explained everything to me and also set up my phone and radio. He even took a picture with us and the new Soul! I hate shopping for a car, but I must say, this was a fun and painless experience. My 2 sisters and nephew all bought their cars at Nutley Kia. Peter in financing was great too! I highly recommend Nutley Kia! It has a family atmosphere and every one seems to enjoy working there. I loved my first Kia and I'm loving my second! Are you kidding? ? I am a very open yet knowledgeable Consumer. While I did have a good experience with the initial Salepeople, when it ultimately came down to the nu ? While I did have a good experience with the initial Salepeople, when it ultimately came down to the numbers, the OWNER took over and in the most classless way...not only padded the monthly Lease numbers(that I already knew by heart. It doesn't take much homework these days to find that out)...but spewed his "take it or leave it offer...not TO ME(sitting 3 feet from him(NO OFFICE!)..but to the awkward Salesperson. I immediately walked out and will NEVER return. The owner is a SHARK! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! I gave both him and his Daughter a 1 rating only because I couldn't submit a 0. More

There are no words to elaborately express my gratitude and overwhelming experience I have had with this Dealership. Let me just say that if you are looking for a good and honest car sales associates and m and overwhelming experience I have had with this Dealership. Let me just say that if you are looking for a good and honest car sales associates and managers. This is the place you want to take your family , and friends. All my fellow Marines & service members of all branches who are coming back into the civilian world. We are recognized here at this dealership as well. I encourage all service members to go to this dealership if you want a new car at a honest price. I was poorly serviced at a dealership I will not name but in my situation that seemed hopeless. Phone calls after phone calls, and various amounts of substantial research to fix my issue could not help me. The people at this dealership were welcoming. They actually took the time to listen to my issues , and found a middle ground that was acceptable. They went above and beyond for me. They never gave up when small bumps happened during the process either. They truly want to know if you are okay and alright with the process , and if there is anything they could do to make things better if you seem dissatisfied. they care &For any customer to be dissatisfied is almost near xxxx impossible with the level of service they provide. There are not allot of people who genuinely just care about their customers in this world of business so count yourself lucky if you stumble into this dealership. These individuals make Kia's dealership look absolutely amazing. They embody whatsoever the core values are of the company , truly corporate needs to recognize these peoples efforts.
