Annie was fantastic from start to beginning. She was welcoming, honest and gave her best price. She was also quite accommodative with her time. When I left Jose was vague about the rate he could get me and said he thinks he could get 4.99%. When I picked it up he said 5.99%. He was trying to sell me all of these additional warantee packages and said, "would you do the warantee if I could get financing down to 4.99%. There is no doubt in my mind 4.99% was achievable and when I came home, I called my friends dealership, the finance guy told me he would have been able to get me 4.99% max or to check Chase given the amount of capital I had in the account. The 100bps makes a difference and I know these markets well. That was a bait and switch. I also didnt know about the DMV registration of $750 extra. Annie- very happy! Excellent ambassador for your dealership. Finance Team- not impressed and would prevent me from recommending Garavel. Know your client as I dont tolerate this. More

In addition to a great Jeep, they provided a 5 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty that provides peace of mind. If you live in Long Island, drive 1.5 hours - well worth the trip and great restaurants nearby. More
