Not too much to say about the dealership itself but a lot to say about Annie who handled my vehicle in service department. I have never been so impressed by a service advisor and I have been driving cars sin to say about Annie who handled my vehicle in service department. I have never been so impressed by a service advisor and I have been driving cars since I was 14 with my permit. The level of quality she approached my vehicle with and the amount of care she gave me was highly impressive. Annie was kind, she communicated with me every step of the way, and made me feel confident that my vehicle would return to me in better condition than when I dropped it off!! More

I feel that Annie Thompson is an absolutely amazing asset to Dean Team. She shows tremendous service, care, attention to detail, and leadership and I am very grateful we were able to work with her through th to Dean Team. She shows tremendous service, care, attention to detail, and leadership and I am very grateful we were able to work with her through the insurance claim on my vehicle. She is the only member of the service team I will trust with our repairs going forward because of the absolutely high quality of her work and caliber of her character. From an expectations standpoint I was surprised upon receiving my vehicle back today. Perhaps I had a higher expectation than I should have but after 2+ weeks in your care I think I anticipated that after the labor had been done some level of cleaning would have been done to the interior or even gas put into the vehicle beyond the quarter tank I had when I took back possession of the car. While these are small details and perhaps beyond the purview of your responsibilities I feel it is an added value of service that makes my drive to Ballwin all the more worthwhile given how close I am to another, albeit a substandard, Subaru dealership. More
