I bought a beautiful used Subaru from this dealer and after a few weeks I noticed the orange paint peeling in multiple locations of the car and the vehicle is only a year old. I researched online the or after a few weeks I noticed the orange paint peeling in multiple locations of the car and the vehicle is only a year old. I researched online the orange paint of these vehicles and found out it was a known issue so I contacted the Dean Team to see how to get it fixed before it caused rust issues. I was told to take multiple photos and submit them for review to Annie and she would assist getting this fixed. I did exactly as Annie asked but then Eric got involved and directed me to take it to a Subaru dealership closer to my home for inspection of paint issues. Once again I followed instructions and Meredith at another location kindly assisted and agreed the paint was peeling and it was a known issue. I reached back out to Annie and Eric and they told me the other dealership had to help me get this fixed. I reached out to Meredith and she told me the dealership I just purchased my car from had to fix it. Very frustrating and after 45 days nothing was done to assist. I finally called the corporate office myself and they told me the dealership would have to submit an estimate of costs to fix this known issue. Eric and Annie told me to go back to local dealership to get estimate which I did. I shared this estimate with Eric and Annie over a week ago and never heard anything. I just reached out via email to check to see if the Dean team submitted the estimate to corporate and here is Eric's very unprofessional reply: Once again….and hopefully for the last time. It must be done by the dealer that inspected it. I am shocked that we have been treated this way by this dealership and I guess I will have to call corporate again to see if I can do all of this myself. I will never purchase a used vehicle or any vehicle from the Dean Team again! More

Our first three Subaru Foresters we bought off the lot, beginning in 2004. Today we picked up our new Forester that we ordered through Dean Team in September 2021. The folks at Dean Team Subaru in Ballw beginning in 2004. Today we picked up our new Forester that we ordered through Dean Team in September 2021. The folks at Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin, MO are simply the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and professional. I can’t imagine buying a car from any other dealership or online service. I appreciate being able to interact with folks on a face-to-face, one on one basis where I can judge there body language, iContact and overall manner. Any time I’ve stepped into this dealership for service, parts or sales I’ve been met with the kind of treatment that feels like we are valued customers and old friends. For this purchase Dave Smith was our salesman and he has been excellent. He’s kept us informed on the status of ours Subaru as it was being built. Today when we arrived to pick it up, Dave spent a great deal of time with us making sure we understood how everything works– from the sale/financing of our purchase to how to navigate through the apps and screens of the car itself. Jason Moore sold us our first car here and now he’s the director of finance. Love this guy. I’ll be returning later this month for a follow-up training session with Shaun. These cars are computers on wheels. Annie in service department and all the folks in the show room, service department and parts department are just the best. One of the things I have always appreciated about Dean Team Subaru is that I never feel manipulated or otherwise been danced around by the sales staff or anyone else. Everyone from the top down is straight forward. Thank you. More
