After researching and test driving a few vehicles at various dealerships in Pinellas County, my wife and I found Ferman Chevrolet (Tarpon Springs). I reached out via phone about a vehicle that caught ou various dealerships in Pinellas County, my wife and I found Ferman Chevrolet (Tarpon Springs). I reached out via phone about a vehicle that caught our eye and was connected with Jenna. Jenna was extremely helpful and responsive. She understood what my wife and I were looking for and worked with us on a late-night test drive. Ultimately, the same evening, we purchased a 2026 Traverse. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and outstanding customer service. Also, one more thing. The bonus that I saw in Anthony and Lou was that they were bilingual, Not only did they informed me about this process, they also informed my father in Spanish. That way we are both on the same page. I felt so comfortable not having to translate to my father. Yes, I can translate, but when it comes to information like this, I’d rather have someone explain it more in debt to my father than me translating bare minimum. So a big shot out to Anthony and Lou!!. More

Anthony led me through a great experience through and through with the purchase of my vehicle. The experience of purchasing the vehicle itself was smooth and simple. On a general level I really appreciate Ferman’s “no xx” approach to fees and pricing. It was easy to understand pricing without all of the tricks, games, and angling that other dealers pull, which was really appreciated. 10/10 experience and beyond. Usually service is good and they accommodate me knowing I use my car for work. This was now the third time my vehicle has been in the shop for fuel related issues. They were “short staffed” and couldn’t even use my car for work. This was now the third time my vehicle has been in the shop for fuel related issues. They were “short staffed” and couldn’t even look at my car for several days and then once they finally did, it was 5 more days to get the part delivered and my car fixed. I requested a loaner or rental car and was told my contract only allowed a rental for the day the car was serviced and no loaners were available leaving me again without a car for 9 days. This is not acceptable!! It’s not my fault that the service department was short staffed and I was told that they didn’t know I was going to have my car towed in. Well, likewise, I didn’t know my car was going to quit on the side of the road while I was working! That seemed like a pretty ignorant thing to say- you didn’t know I was having my car towed in. Next time, I’ll try to give you a couple days notice when it’s going to stop working. Not Onstar or my Chevy app gave me any notice there was an issue when I hit the message Low Power Mode as I coasted to the side of the road and it shut off on me. For the most part, service is good, and they try to squeeze me in for oil changes because of my busy schedule and needing my car to work, but this is now the third issue with the fuel system and each time has left me stranded for over a week with no vehicle which is not okay. More
