At first, I was worried about how far away this car was and how would I ever get to see it before it was purchased by someone else. Through several e-mails and a few phone calls with Michael Gay (a Lions fan), he was able to have Anthony Anderson (a Vikings fan) drive the vehicle to my house for me to see and drive in person. I knew they were offering at-home test drives but I never thought they would go this far away. The financing was completed over the phone and I was able to sign the paperwork at my dining room table. (I'm sorry I forgot his name but he did a great job too) Even though my sales agents work in Madison and they were not Packers fans, I did still purchase the vehicle, and I am truly grateful for all the extra work they did to bring the car to me. This was a very different way to purchase a vehicle, but I am glad I reached out to see what they could do for me. Thank you again Micheal and Anthony (Tony) you guys did a great job! My only complaint is that I wish the detailer who prepared my vehicle for sale would have spent a little more time shampooing the trunk and backs of the seats. I was able to clean them myself but it would have been nice not to have to do this on a new purchase. Overall this was an excellent dealership and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. More
