Zero stars. Call center is in Florida and disconnects you. This was with an appointment. They were not able to provide a loaner. Waited all day for a simple A service and a tire replacement with alignment. This was with an appointment. They were not able to provide a loaner. He treated me with no courtesy and I asked the car be put back together and brought it to Rallye where they assured me a 1 day repair. He abruptly said ok great and hung up the phone. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO FLORIDA WHERE THAT PERSON COULD GET NO ANSWER AS WELL AND THEN I WAS DISCONNECTED. NO REPAIR NO SERVICE NO RESPECT. More
